SCHSS offfers preventative education and health promotion themes including diabetes, arthritis, food safety, heart smart, Alzheimer disease, etc. 

We promote health care through counselling, workshops, community and school awareness campaigns including HIV/STDs, hearing and eyesight screening, nutrition, dental care, etc. 

Through education, research and advocacy, members work together to create an environment for Aboriginal communities to achieve the vision of holistic well being.
